As you can see, the features are not very different as well. ActiveCampaign even have very strong CRM system. So why do I still recommend Klaviyo vs ActiveCampaign to my clients? If the subscription price is not the issue, I will still recommend Klaviyo since it is easier to use, to setup, and more user friendly for a not technical person. If you want to set up ActiveCampagin for your e-commerce business, you need to hire email marketing specialist to do it for you. It might cost you around $500 – $2,000 to set it up properly.
